I struggle with oily scalp but dry ends. I think I’ve found a shampoo that I like but I’m struggling with finding a conditioner that isn’t too heavy for my thin,fine,low porosity hair. Any suggestions?
Guys pls help me out….but first lemme tell y’all my hair type it’s low porosity, And its somewhere between normal to oily and oily to extra oily sometimes (its starts to become oily from after 3 days of hair wash)… I really want the OUAI detox shampoo but its a bit too costly and since the mini size of OUAI Has less product for that price I quite don’t want to buy that…. What do you think would be the best for me? PLS HELP ME OUT😭 the dove one isn’t available in my country…. What about the Kerastase specifique Bain divalent cleansing shampoo?

I used the pantene one after watching the video, and it cleanes well and my hair looks great, but unfortenately my scalp doesn’t seem to like it much because I’m experiencing a litte itchy/irritated feeling. Havent experienced that with Ouai or bondshampoo from the ever pure line, so I was wondering which ingrediënt is the propable cause in this shampoo which can lead to irritation of the scalp.
So interesting. I noticed for both scalp and face skin, the more purifying the cleanser is (in tbe case when i don’t use moisturizer), the sooner it gets oily and the more oily.
Also, can you please kindly talk about differences for hair care in different climate humidity. Thank you ❤

Hello Abey and everyone , do Coco&Eve detox clarifying shampoo truly works ?
With all due respect, most all of these are not actually clarifying shampoo, but just generic watered down drugstore brand shampoos of low quality and strength that will require frequent washes due to cleaning poorly, resulting in more oils being stripped from your hair. Lots of them also have things which coat your hair to simulate softness, bot those ingredients, especially for fine and medium thickness hair, will just weight your hair down. Something like this redkin’s clarifying cream is an actual clarifying shampoo and they’re not designed to be used that often because they strip so many oils from your hair. Using them at the same frequency as any of these would thus result in extremely dry and itchy scalp, so IMO, this video should be titled something like "normal cheap shampoos that I like to use."
Pantene Volume was very strong on my scalp making it sensitive and hard to put up in a bun without it hurting so I switched to the Garnier Pure Clean and I’ve been enjoying it.
What would you recommend as an unscented option?

I am going with the dove 1st for my 3yr old, 4b/4c low porosity, fine hair, medium density. She scratches her scalp a lot. Wish me luck we have hard water in my area and her hair seem to stay at neck length 😢
Edit: I decided to go with the Pantene one after thinking that her hair does not feel “clean” after I use suave daily clarifying shampoo. I will definitely use more avocado oil to pre poo/detangle her hair. I do use blue magic hair grease to seal everything in her hair.
Edit #2: I prepood with avocado oil to detangle her 4b/4c hair. I used the Pantene 2x: 1st time hair was still soft and oily; 2nd time hair was cleaned but was moisturized! 🎉

My hair gets oily very fast, it started thinning and it has no volume.
I was thinking of buying the dove hair scalp therapy shampoo, but how often should i use it. It is just once a week as some shampoos are or not.
Should i take all the line from them, use also the scalp scrub before the shampoo, then the shampoo, conditioner and lastly hair serum. Is all of that necessary because im too confused with all these hair products and i don’t know what to choose first.

I wish I knew what the Pantene Volume & Body is called in other areas of the world. I get that they’re trying to market the same product differently to different cultures, but it makes it very hard to find the equivalent of recommendations from the US even when a brand is available locally or through sites that ship worldwide.

What do you do if you have a super greasy scalp, but your hair dries out easily? The Pantene made my scalp feel super clean, but then my hair became excessively frizzy and dry (especially at the roots). While the Dove didn’t feel quite so drying, my scalp didn’t feel like it was getting as clean. Would the higher end products make a bigger difference?
One question is, will the pantene strip my dark color out over my grays faster??
